View Invoices under Customers

August 16, 2015

Our CRM combines different interfaces for a simple, yet detailed working system.
There are only few simple steps to be able to check on a particular customer and see the issued invoices; also, you view and edit those invoices.

To view your Customers’ orders, go to ‘Salesforce Automation’, then ‘Customers & Reports’.

These invoices are either come from the ‘Invoice automation’ within the CRM, or Quickbooks.

Notice the different colors for the invoices. Blue marks an Open/New invoice, Red is Overdue and Green means the invoice has been paid.

In order to view these invoices, you have to be the sales representative, or the administrator. To get more detail about an invoice just click on a line and you will see a brief description of it. The window will show you the following:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Due date
  • Product description
  • Quantity
  • Rate
  • Amount for the invoice.

Additionally, you can navigate to the actual invoice by clicking on the ‘Go to Invoice’ option on the bottom left.
