Share lead in Web3Box CRM

Use the ‘Share’ function when you want to let other employees view and work with your Leads.

This option is helpful if employees want to share the workload, or if someone has other information to add to the particular lead. They can quickly do this by following these easy steps.

To access this function, go to Salesforce Automation then Leads & Reports. Click on one of the leads and press ‘Edit’.


Click on the share button, select the employees you want to share the lead with, then press ‘Save’.

Repeat this action as many times as needed with other employees.
You may also reverse this action, by simply unchecking the employee or employees you previously selected.
