How to edit an existing invoice within Web3Box CRM

Let’s talk a bit about how to edit an existing invoice. You may do this if something has changed after you created an invoice, or if you made a mistake you can easily correct it.

All you have to do is find the invoice. Go to the top menu and select ‘Invoice Automation’, then ‘Manage Invoices’.

Select your invoice and press ‘edit’:

You may change various things on an existing invoice, such as the customer, the invoice date, the due date and purchase order number. You can also edit the payment and add additional products, or delete existing ones. Add notes to the invoice and change the ‘Preferred payment methods’.

If you want to save the invoice as a PDF file, or print it, press the ‘Preview or Print’ button on the top right.

Email this invoice if you need to.

To save all of your changes, press ‘Save this invoice’, or ‘Cancel’ to disregard them.
