Company & Employees
Editing your company profile is the first action you will complete in W3B. Upload your company logo, enter your address and contact information and any other identifiers. Then define employees and add their contact information. We are currently in development with a Human Resources add-on to include information like hire date, age, résumé, commissions paid, etc.
Hierarchy, company hierarchy structure, is the next step. System administrative rights are based on employee hierarchy.
Once your employees are defined, the next step is to establish territories. Though not a required step in the process, it can be a useful one. Defining and assigning territories to your sales team will help clarify and communicate your sales processes and boundaries.
Modules inside the Territory Management: Reporting that contains listings and maps, Territories where you assign managers and colors to the territories and Territory Rules where you select states/counties/zips for each individual territory.
Combine a name and an email address (and other contact information) and you will have a powerful sales tool: a Contact!
The very core of CRM is Contacts. With special email tools and a campaign, you may reach your contacts directly through W3B. One nice feature easily manages converting Contacts into Leads. The contact history as well as any activity performed with that contact is automatically transitioned when a Contact becomes a Lead. Besides the default information fields for contacts, you can also customize additional fields your business decides to collect and store.
Everyone knows that Leads are important. A Lead is a person (not a company) with whom you work until that person buys something from you and is converted into a Customer. A lead may come from a recommendation or referral, from prospecting, or from someone who found your website and asks for more information or an estimate. You want to manage your sales process for each Lead thoughtfully. The W3B CRM/Sales system tracks contacts, stores data, sends alerts you define, and lets you see the sales journey in detail.
Our solution lets you deliver leads directly into the systems your partners use most. When you have multiple landing pages collecting leads and you want to distribute them to your clients, you will use the lead distribution module. Leads will be inserted in your CRM and in the same second will be sent to your clients via regular email, JSON or API. You will be able to set daily, monthly or yearly budgets to limit the number of leads you are sending out to a particular client. Reports are available, displaying the number of leads sent by months and by customers. An option to download the reports in CSV format is also available.
Once a Lead sends you a request for estimate, you add an Opportunity. You can add it right from your Dashboard with a single click. As an owner or CEO, you will want your reps to add Opportunities. Widgets that display statistics with Source, Stage, and Funnel will help you to overview everything in a second. A quick report comparing Failed and Successful Opportunities will show at a glance how efficiently sales efforts are performing. Opportunities can be added to Leads as well as to Customers.
Sending an Estimate may be based on an Opportunity or any quote requested by a prospect. Estimates can be created using predefined products from your product catalog or manually entered lines. You can group Estimates based on Status, edit Estimates and save versions (retaining the history). An Estimate remains linked to the Lead or Client who initiated or received it.
“Customer” is a nice word; a lot of work goes into converting a Contact to a Customer. With a simple click you can convert a Lead into Customer, and carry over all the history and background from when the Lead was a created.
Once you have customers, the adventure really takes off! With W3B CRM/Sales help, you will be able to manage, respond, and help Customers succeed. Custom fields your business needs to collect and store are easy to add and edit.
