Web3Box CRM – Convert Contacts to Leads

In general, when someone starts to use the CRM, they upload and/or add contacts.
That is usually the starting point, the initial step to start working with the CRM.

In that case, if that contact is moving forward with your proposal, or whatever the next step would be in your company, then they become a ‘Lead’.

There is a convenient option to turn these contacts into leads.

First, you will choose your contact. Accessible under the Salesforce Automation (SFA) menu.

Press ‘edit’ on the particular contact you would like to work with.

Then press the ‘Convert to Lead’ button on the top.

If you change your mind, just press the button again to undo. If you are going forward with the process, you may change the person who will manage this lead from the dropdown menu.

Once you are done, press red icon to save your changes.

If you navigate to the Leads page, you will find the it right there with all the information brought over from the Contacts page.
