Activities in Web3Box CRM

If you are a new user in the CRM and haven’t established a clientele just yet, a simple way to remind yourself about following up with your contacts, is to set alerts.

A real quick and easy way to do that is to create activities. You can do that right on your dashboard, in the ‘My Activities’ widget.

You can set alerts for activities, opportunities and scheduled emails. View them all right on the dashboard, under the alerts icon.

Keep a keen eye on the icon when you log in, to make sure you are up to date with your activities.

Of course the [My Activities] widget itself organizes your activities, where you are also able to edit and change them.

Great functionality, one of the many features you get with Web3Box CRM.
